Our Rates

Kristine Joseph Estate Sales operates on a standard commission rate. For larger estates or sales that include motor vehicles, fine jewelry, or substantial coin collections, our commission is adjusted accordingly to reflect the value of these items.
 

We cover 100% of all advertising costs and any necessary permits from our earnings, with no minimum fees required. Our compensation is entirely based on our performance—there are no upfront fees. Commission fees are only deducted from the proceeds at the conclusion of the sale.

Our team is readily available to provide organized assistance, guiding you to find what you need while ensuring that your shopping experience is enjoyable.

With a focus on security, we keep your purchases safe and our checkout process efficient, so you can spend more time exploring. We also maintain policies around home sale requests, like footwear, to ensure the comfort and integrity of the space.

Home Deck and Kitchen

After the sale

Ensuring a seamless and professional wrap-up after your estate sale, with clear communication, responsible handling of unsold items, and timely finalization.

Following each estate sale, I ensure that post-sale arrangements are handled with the utmost care

  • Weather-related pickups will be prioritized, so you can have peace of mind knowing that your needs will be accommodated.
     

  • All signage cones and sales supplies will be swiftly removed, and tables will be cleared within 24 hours of the sale’s finish.
     

  • Our dedication to excellent service extends beyond the sale itself, ensuring your space is left tidy and ready for the next chapter.
     

  • We handle all charitable donations if desired.  We can arrange for the donation of unsold estate items to a charity of your choice, or we can recommend one.  Donations maybe tax-deductible, and Kristine Jospeh Estate Sales never takes ownership of any items.
     

  • Finalization and payment phase ends with a detailed recap, keys will be returned, and full payment along with a close-out packet will be issued within 14 days after the sale.
